These terms govern the relationship between Seal Web Solutions (operated by Jack Seal) and clients who engage our web design and development services. By commissioning work from us, you agree to these terms.
We provide custom website design, development, and optional ongoing maintenance. The scope of each project is agreed in writing before work begins. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as agreed at the start. Significant changes to the original brief may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and information in a timely manner. Delays caused by late content may affect the project timeline. You confirm that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights.
Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the completed website and its custom code transfers to the client. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their own licences.
Maintenance plans are monthly rolling contracts with no minimum term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Plans are billed monthly in advance.
We take reasonable care in all work we produce. However, we cannot be held liable for losses arising from website downtime, third-party hosting failures, or issues caused by client-supplied content. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project or service.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
